Great, but...

This shampoo is everything it promises to be! It left my hair SO soft and gorgeous, it definitely would have been worth the price to purchase (I had samples). Unfortunately, using my samples of the All Soft line, I discovered I am allergic to Redken products. I recommend testing these out in advance, if you can! — 1 month ago

Dry hair meet your match!

Accutane dried out my skin and hair to the point I had to start washing my hair every third day vs. twice a day previously to taking the medicine. My hair was unmanageable without it. Only downside is you need to use a clarifying shampoo once a month or you will start to notice a oily build up on your scalp. — 2 months ago

This shampoo definitely makes your hair very soft. I use it with the heavy cream or the conditioner and it works great. Doesn't weigh hair down or make it oily. It makes my hair super soft and shiny and doesn't seem to fade my color out. It has the most amazing smell of any shampoo I have ever tried! — 2 months ago

This is probably one of the best shampoos if not the best I've tried. It's not cheap, but I generally have had a lot less hair issues since I started using this product. I occasionally have trouble with it weighing down my hair, but not too bad. Sometimes, my hair just seems to be ridiculously course no matter what, but I believe its mostly excessive heat styling causing that. I like it with and without the corresponding conditioner. But you definitely should use conditioner with it if your hair is dry. I love that this seems to have added a lot of needed shine to my formerly dull hair, and I am considering repurchasing once this bottle runs out (soon, it's been at least four months of use now). — 2 months, 4 weeks ago

True to the name

I've never used a shampoo that didn't make my hair tangle straight after I used it (before applying conditioner of course) but here it is! I've got extremely thick wavy and fairly damaged coloured hair that's a medium length and it truly works wonders. I have tried so many different brands of shampoo, from drugstore to salon quality. This shampoo is absolutely amazing. My hair was super soft, slky, and manageable, right out of the shower! I have medium hair that typically tangles easily. After using the all soft shampoo and conditioner, it took no effort to run a comb through it. I usually go to an Aveda salon and have found myself purchasing their products, but on a college grad income it was getting hard. Redken is a bit cheaper and WOW did I get better results from it too. In combination with a blonde enhancing shampoo, it made my hair extremely soft and silky, and though I'm due for a hair cut you wouldn't be able to tell.
