too oily!

if you don't care about making your face oily than you'll love this product. but if you your not a fan of having your eyes covered in oil this is not for you. even though it did remove all of my eye makeup very easily, knowing that i wear a lot!

I think it`s a good remover, but for the price you pay, I`d say neutrogena`s is just as good if not better.

Great Eye makeup remover

Love this product. It removed my eye makeup easily and quickly. I have sensitives eyes and sis not cause any problems. It lasted a long time too.

quick and clean!

I have use many eye make up removers but Lancome Bi Facil is by far the best ever! Removes all eye make up without burning or irritating my very sensitive eyes. Fresh feeling, non greesy, perfect!

very gentle, yet effective

I tried this eye makeup remover and it really worked. My lashes are delicate so I don't like anything too harsh. This took off my eye makeup nicely & never stung.

Best

I've tried many brand of this..I love my VS mascara, but its super hard to get off. Lancome was not only VERY easy to use(no patting, swishing, or washing-unless you want to), it took it all off with just one cotton ball. It didn't smell bad or irritate my eyes either. Definitely getting more of this! (They send samples with any order, which is how I got to try it)

Great stuff

I love the cleanser that is part of this makeup remover. Other oil inclusive removers or baby oil tend to leave a film on your eyes, and for me that causes a lot of irritation and actual breakouts on my eyelids. The Lancome makeup remover just leaves my eyelids feeling soft but not oily. And I never have to worry about not getting off all the makeup - this stuff takes it off in a hurry. Just remember to shake the bottle or else this cleanser does not work that well.

nice but pricey

This works, but so does neutrogena's oil free make up remover at 1/4 of the cost. I buy the bottle/liquid of neutrogena and pour it into an old make up remover jar with cotton rounds. (I buy 2 for $10 at Rite Aid.) Makes great make up remover pads at a fraction of the cost and works beautifully!!!

The one for waterproof makeuop is amaaazing but...leaves residue

The product's quality is great, it's easy to use; just place cotton swab turn upside down...voila, it takes off the world's most waterproof makeup without making your eyelids feel raw from rubbing, but... it does leave an oily residue which, however, is quite easily washed off. I've tried the oil-free version, but it just isn't the same.
