Finding a makeup remover that fully strips off mascara, even the waterproof kind, without leaving your eye area red or eyesight blurry is a chore. This half-oil, half-water-looking one does take it <i>all</i> off without irritation if you swipe gently, but it's a bit greasy. I've yet to discover a totally slick-free remover that really works (Nivea Visage comes close), and if waking up with raccoon eyes is the trade off, I'll settle for the slightly oily residue.

I received this as part of a GWP, and I like this eye makeup remover a lot. It has nice packaging, does a decent job of removing eye makeup, isn't too greasy, and doesn't burn my eyes. However, it's a little spendy, and Neutrogena's Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover works just as well for me but for much less $$! Whether you have on a smokey eye for a night out or you just have on a bit of mascara, this bi-facil double action eye makeup remover does wonders in removing all traces of makeup from your eyes. This product is meant for all skin types, removes waterproof makeup, and is gentle enough for sensitive eyes. It has two layers, and that's why it recommends you to shake well so that it mixes the solution. Then take a cotton pad and dab some solution onto to help clean any type of eye makeup off. I even use it to remove blush and lipstick sometimes. The only downside is it does leave your eyes feeling oily, but just wash your face afterwards and you'll be fine.
