This is a great product if you don't want to shave your arm hairs or stomach hairs. You have to do it every 3 months, as new hair starts growing, you can see two shades of hair! This is the only bleach I use, because it works better than anything else I've tryed and it doesn't get everywhere and isn't sloppy. I've been using facial hair bleaching creme for a long time. This is the first time I used Sally Hansen Extra Strength Creme Hair Bleach for face and body and it will be the last. It burned patches of skin around my mouth. Now it looks like acne scars. I really hope it goes away soon. This stuff works, but you have to use it correctly. I use it on my facial hair because other methods just make me break out. I recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin, though, and you can experiment with using more of the creme to dilute the sting of the bleach. Wash your face with a gentle wash (Purpose is my favorite) and cold water, then use the pre-conditioning treatment it comes with. I don't know what it does, but it helps bleach all of your hair! I apply opposite the direction of hair growth to get every nook and cranny. It will sting a bit (especially if you're on skin medications), but after 8 - 10 minutes I like to hop in the shower and gently wash my face again to get rid of any bleach remnants. I top it all off with 100% aloe vera gel to help fight the redness and I'm good to go until the bleached hair naturally falls out and my normal hair color grows in its place (which takes a couple of weeks). — 10 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

I ended up leaving this product on for the max 10 minutes recommended or sometimes a teensie bit longer to get it to work. Other than that it does work good! The hair was much lighter, although after time it seems to make the hair brittle - I suggest using lotion after you wash it off.
