First of all, the jubilant rich colors that are seen in the tube are hardly the same pigments when applied unless it was a glaze over lipstick to boost the finish as similar as shine treatments to dull colored hair. The shades are so tempting and it reels in patrons over to the Clinique counter but it left me puzzled as I couldn't tell whether it did much or not. So I purchased one myself, took it home, and decided to wear it alone and found that I can get the same results are a tinted balm. While this smoothened out my lips and avoided any dryness while it was on, I was particularly unhappy that the tube didn't deposit the color I was hoping it would. The formula isn't sticky but it can feel a bit heavy and greasy so on hot and humid days, I'd avoid this. I do like the fact that it comes in a sponge tip wand because I like all my lipglosses to come that way, I feel I get more even application that way but with a low color payoff like this, would it even matter?   A Lasting Impression

  The one thing I love most about this lip gloss is how long it lasts. It is not a sticky glass nor does it vanish after 90 seconds on the lips. The gloss really lasts... the tube holds up pretty well too. One of my tubes was run-over by a car, yet the only damage done was a reasonable dent in the lid! :) Both tube and produ...   Good lip gloss

  I am a lip gloss addict and reapply many times a day. I find myself reapplying less with this gloss since it lasts longer than most. It offers a great array of colors as well. Elegant packaging and not terribly expensive. I will definitely repurchase. April 24, 2008, 8:16 pm

  I second the "yuck"

  I got this as a gift with purchase and I'm so glad I did not buy it. It is a decent enough lipgloss, nice color and shine. But the smell is what turns me completely off this lipgloss. It has an awful chemical, plastic taste/smell. This is not something I want near my lips! April 24, 2008, 8:56 am

  Nice, but needs improving

  Expanded color selection would be good. However, the shades available are very wearable. The shine is just the right amount for day and evening. Main problems are smell and taste. Add flavor and replace the sponge tip with a brush applicator and I think the rating will improve. December 31, 2007, 8:39 am

  Air Kiss

  I have this product in Air Kiss. It gives you a bit of color with a great shine. Its not as sticky as most other glosses that I have tried. With all of the colors that they have to chose from, I never have to go back to the glosses that are like glue when you put them on. December 29, 2007, 9:19 am

  My Daily Necessity

  I wear this gloss for every occasion dressy or casual. I use it with very little to no makeup to look polished or when I have my full evening face to add a little extra shine.   This Perfect Shine is All Mine!

  I got Clinique lipgloss for a stocking stuffer this year. To put it simply, it rocks! The gloss itself is not gooey and sticky, but rather smooth when you apply it. The long-lasting shine is much appreciated at well! December 28, 2007, 5:45 am

  great gloss!

  i love this gloss - it's my favorite because there are so many colors to choose from. my favorite is "air kiss" - so light and natural. the only thing is it's a bit sticky, and your hair sticks to it when it's windy out. December 27, 2007, 9:52 am

  I have been using this gloss for years, my favorite color is Tenderheart, a perfect pink/coral shade with lots of shine. Plus it doesn't have a fragrance or stickiness to it like many MAC and Lancome glosses that I have tried. December 16, 2007, 5:39 pm
