I use sparingly on my oily skin
I have really oily skin that doesn't like much facial products, so I bought this moisturizer. Mostly for the spf factor. It says it is oil free, but when I apply on my face, I still tended to break out cause it was clogging my pores. That was using a nickel size amount. Then I went to a dime size. I now only use a pea size amount or less, and only apply to the really dry parts (my tzone and chin),...read more and sparingly rub any left over on the rest of my face. Not sure if I am getting the full effects of the spf though. I have used this for years, but I am thinking of trying another product when I run out. i wish this would work...

another disappointing olay product
i don't understand. everyone seems to love all olay. i can't find a single olay item that does anything good for my skin. i tried this in the SPF version, and found it to be not at all moisturizing. left my skin feeling tight and flaky. i bought this thinking it might have been the SPF that kept it from penetrating. but the non-SPF version leaves my skin dry and flaky as well. i would think...read more it's the retinal cream i'm using, but every other lotion i try works just fine, so it's gotta be the olay. my skin is combination, a little more on the dry side.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Love this stuff!
From high end to low end for a few years I've been on the hunt for the perfect plain ole moisturizer. One that isn't heavy or greasy or too light or will break my moody skin out etc. . This was the winner and I use this in warm weather months for light hydration. Absorbs quickly and works great under makeup. Also the price at around $6 is a dream! Good daily moisturizer
Made for sensitive skin: Plus. Contains SPF: Plus. Doesn't cause breakouts: Big plus. Leaves skin oily: Minus. Looks and feels great for the first ten minutes. I'd give it 10 stars if it didn't cause my skin to generate more oil later in the day. But I give Olay the benefit of the doubt, because all SPF lotions I've tried make my skin oily.
