This is a strong spray but also leaves my hair somewhat crunchy. The smell may be a plus for some, but it makes me sneeze. Also it leaves a lingering scent so it's not okay in my fragrance free place of work. I got two of these sample bottles with the shampoo and conditioner I bought, and I never really styled my hair so I set them aside. A few months later, I decided to try some hairstyles shown on TotalBeauty and used this as a hair spray to set my curls. It smells a bit like alcohol in the bottle, but on your hair it smells heavenly. (As do all Aussie products) It kept my curl without frizz on my usually straight hair and didn't flake off or make my hair crunchy/stiff. I just wish the hold was a tad bit more stronger.
