Used when I was younger, but not now
This is a strong spray but also leaves my hair somewhat crunchy. The smell may be a plus for some, but it makes me sneeze. Smells and works great!
I got two of these sample bottles with the shampoo and conditioner I bought, and I never really styled my hair so I set them aside. A few months later, I decided to try some hairstyles shown on TotalBeauty and used this as a hair spray to set my curls. It smells a bit like alcohol in the bottle, but on your hair it smells heavenly. (As do all Aussie products) It kept my curl without frizz on my us...read moreually straight hair and didn't flake off or make my hair crunchy/stiff. I just wish the hold was a tad bit more stronger. Aussie Sprunch Hair Spray
I have used this product for over 4 years now. I take showers at night and put my hair in a tight bun overnight while still wet. My hair is so thick it stays damp by the time I wake up. I take my hair out of the bun in the morning and while still damp, I spray the sprunch spray. It leaves it slightly crunchy I'll admit, depending on how much you use; however I'm okay with that because it acts as a light hold. Good for wet hair

Curls Your Hair, But Leaves It Hard
This does curl your hair very nicely, but I feel like it leaves it hard and not soft like I would like it to be. sticky...but it works!
this is great for those of us who straighten our hair.....and are OCD about it. haha i spray it on 2 sections of my hair, then straighten it. my hair is wavy?!?
I thought I had straight hair that had some body. I guess I have been wrong for 26 years! Sprunch makes my hair look very wavy! It is a look that I have spent HOURS to achieve with velcro curlers, foam rollers, and a flat iron. Now all I have to do is spray my hair after I get out of the shower. I noticed that I absolutely cannot brush my hair when I get out of the shower for Sprunch to have ...read moremaximum impact. It also works best (for my hair) if I let it dry naturally (without touching it) and don't spray it with hairspray. Only drawback is that it leaves my hair a little crunchy, but I'm still trying to figure out how much to use. New formula is horrible
I used to absolutely love this hair spray for my curly hair. I could use it to lock in ringlets like you wouldn't believe. Aussie recently changed up the formula and it just feels watery and won't hold my style.
