Love Smashbox The Nude Lip Pencil ! (Comes in 4 Nude shades, not too waxy or dry.)
I was skeptical when I saw the makeup demonstration that claimed your best shade of Smashbox's "The Nude Lip Pencil" is all you need for any lipstick color, but it really works! It comes in 4 Nude shades (Fair, Light, Medium, and Deep--mine is "Fair") and they're neither too warm nor too cool, so there's a shade that works for nearly everyone. The color goes on creamy and not too waxy but still grabs on and is fairly long lasting for a regular pencil. Most of all, I like the versatility of this product: It works well as a liner for all of my lip colors, or it's creamy enough to work as a liner and fill-in for a natural lip. Or sometimes I line and fill in with the Nude pencil and then top with gloss. Smashbox Is A-One
I use a lot of smashbox products-Totally a big fan-Have two of their double ended lip pencils-they can be drying but I like the colors so I add a gloss over it. My favorites come from Nars-they make a fabulous lippencil but again I put a gloss over it. Yes, Palm Beach!
So funny...I was so surprised to read 2 other fans of Palm Beach...I thought it was my secret. It is such a versatile color - alone or under other color. I think I got my first one as part of a Smashbox "package" from QVC. It goes on smooth, has great staying power.
