Good coverage.

I think this provides good smooth coverage, but needs a different dispenser, because I found it thick and hard to get out of bottle.

Run-away Makeup

1) This foundation will run away from your skin. Even if the color works for you, I doubt it will work for your scarf, your shirt, your boyfriend, your cat. And if you wear it, everyone and everything that gets near your face will be wearing it too. 2) Run away from this foundation! It will make your face smear all over the place. I give it a two because the color range is great for ethnic, hard-to-fit skin.

This is not good

I bought my first HIP color and it was very orangey. I went back and traded for the next color down and it still looks terrible. Not one of their colors matched my skin tone.

Girls of African Descent.... Your savior is here

So, I have been looking for a foundation to match my skintone for years. Loreals Hip Foundation in Henna 828 w/ red undertones is perfection for me cause while my skin is dark I do not have the normal yellow undertones...So this color just does it for me. Granted I wish the color did not rub off so easily, that's my only discrepancy.

Finally

I love this foundation. I am a Latina girl and it is so difficult to find the right shade for my skin. Other make-ups are too pink or to pale. But this bottle says "yellow undertone" for my olive shade skin. It matches my skin so much that its comparable to going to Macy's Clinique to get a professional consultation. I love it!
