    I have oily skin and I have long bottom lashes which means most eyeliners just won't cut it. Before I found my ultimate gel formula eyeliner, this was my beauty staple. It stayed put and didn't smudge, until my skin got more oilier during mid day that is. But this does quite a while and the pencil isn't so supersoft that... it'll be too overpowering when it's applying making all lines thick, it's little more stiff but the product application glides easier and it sets itself practically. There is also a built in sharpener at the bottom, I believe for finer lines and points to be drawn. This is almost perfect if it was only developed with the ultimate non-smudging factors in mind but with a sneeze, I can find it in place even if I get really teary during the allergy seasons. This is one of my eyeliner alternates. May 13, 2008, 11:43 am

    I got this with a mascara i purchased.. ended up hating the mascara, but at least this was impressive. I usually never liked the idea with the retractable liners.. but this has changed my mind. it also has a sharpener for more precision. It glides on pretty nicely.. and stays much better than the eyeliner i have been using ...for years! I sue it on my waterline, as well as my upper lash line and it stays put. doesn't run down, maybe minimally by the end of the day. April 29, 2008, 1:52 pm

    Non-irritating

    I love liquid eyeliners, but with my allergies I get very red, irritated eyes if I use it. So it's very important that I use an eyeliner that is non-irritating and this one is great. It's soft and goes on very easily. Then it blends and smooths out nicely. Like another reviewer said, I do notice it bleeding onto my outs...ide lower lids, but I can wipe that off easily. I feel naked without liner and this is the best one I've found for my allergy eyes. April 24, 2008, 6:48 am

    Almay Eye Liner Waterproof

    Works on other people, not me

    This was recommended to me by a friend, and at first I loved it. But after a while I notice it smudges and melts on my eyelid but at the same time it is impossible to get off before I go to bed. But on my friend it doesn't smudge at all, so maybe it's me! April 29, 2008, 4:28 pm

    I USED TO DO MAKE-UP FOR THE THEATRE DEPARTMENT AT SCHOOL AND ONE OF OUR LEAD ROLES HAD HORRIBLE ALLERGIES TO EVERY TYPE OF MAKE-UP WE TRIED USING ON HER...EXCEPT ALMAY, HER FACE CLEARED RIGHT UP THE REDNESS WENT AWAY AND THE SHOW WENT ON April 23, 2008, 7:46 am

    This has been my one and only eyeliner for the last 5 years or so, maybe more. I wear black eyeliner on my top eyelids and never had a problem with it. This truly stays on all day without smudging. I never had a second thought of switching to another one. April 11, 2008, 4:00 pm

    great eyeliner for the price

    i've been using this eyeliner for almost three years now. i haven't tried too many other liners but so far this is the best. it lasts a long time and doesn't run. the only problem i have with it is taking it off. December 26, 2007, 10:09 am
