Great Colors, Fine Brush
Almay's "Intense I-Color Liquid Liner" is surprisingly good. I like Almay products in general, The liner comes in flattering colors like "Purple Amethyst" (especially good for green/hazel eyes), "Brown Topaz," "Raisin Quartz," and "Black Pearl." The brush is fine and allows you to create anything from a very thin line to a thick cat-eye. It is hypoallergenic and particularly good for contact lens wearers. So I'm not a huge Almay fan but..this said it would make my eyes pop. IT DID! it does highlight the eyes and looks lovely. it's felt tip so its easy to use and isnt too long of a wand to use. But I found that the tip does dry out. Easy to use
