L'Oréal Paris True Match Naturale Mineral Foundation Reviews

You will love it!
This is comparable to the more expensive mineral products, and I love that the brush is part of the powder. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 5 people said helpful

L'Oreal's "Mineral Mess"
I tend to gravitate toward all things L'Oreal--this company has proven itself with excellent products time and again. I was pleased with the shade range for this foundation and chose one which was virtually my own. But the powder was thick and chalky. I thought the applicator would make things easy, but it left uneven coverage and streaks. I used another brush with somewhat better but still unsatisfactory results. In essence, it did nothing to enhance my complexion; it sat atop my skin looking dreadful. I should have returned it. — 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

A Waste of Money!
I had tried Bare Minerals and it was expensive and the coverage left a lot to be desired. I decided to try Loreal's Mineral line and I did not like any of the products, and this product I liked least of all. This "concealer" does not like to stay on your skin much less on blemishes or under eyes. This concealer does not apply evenly (even with my own brush) and it covers nothing. I did try this with a primer and had no luck. I have combination skin and this concealer clung to my dry skin, and melted off my oily spots. If you like mineral products, Bare Minerals Bisque (concealer) should still be your first choice. Loreal doesn't hold a candle to Bare Minerals! — 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 4 people said helpful

The product itself was good, but the container was hard to deal with and very messy! — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 5 people said helpful

Pass
Does not blend well, brush is awful to use, product tends to clump, and has odd baby powder smell. Though you can't beat the price for mineral make up. — 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 4 people said helpful

Poor color match
i have tried many different mineral foundations and the price of this one appealed to me. I like how it wears, but the shades just don't match what they are advertised. I found this was very heavy feeling on the skin and the brush was difficult to use for blending. Use a different brush with the product and use a light hand! — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

Thick Powder
This mineral based foundation is very thick and feels cakey on your skin. It gives your face a dramatic look and serves as a base for your makeup but doesn't look natural. I don't like this because it is very heavy for a mineral based product, but it does go on easy to have your makeup stick. — 4 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Nah...
I am not impressed with this foundation...Overall I think that my skin doesn't look good when I use mineral makeup and this was no exception! I hate that it doesn't apply evenly on my face, some parts are more covered than others, complexion seems very uneven, just like I have spots on my face. Not buying again. — 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Fell Apart
Since the "Mineral Makeup Trend" became popular, I've wanted to jump in and be a part of it, however, because of my oily, acne prone adult skin, I haven't been able to successfully do so. I put this on and by mid day, it fell apart on my face and every pore, wrinkle, line, imperfection was shining through. Not a good look for anyone. — 3 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
