Beautiful product
This rimmel liner is amazing, it sharpens so well. It shows up so nicely on the eyes, its not too waxy or hard to use. it glides so easy. average pencil
This was soft (not supersoft) and richly pigmented (i bought the blackest black), but as far as durability goes, it was average. After a half day, it smeared and dissolved with my oily skin on my lids. Barely okay
I've never been a huge fan of pencil eyeliners that aren't self-sharpening, and this Rimmel's liner reminds me of why. Even if the color were richly pigmented, it doesn't glide on easily, which means the results aren't as bold. On hot days, it glides on better, but the tip usually breaks off. favorite drugstore liner

HARD
I got this in a beautiful navy blue color, and was really excited to try it. I didn't expect it to live up to Urban Decay standards, but Rimmel in general is a good brand, so I decided to give it a try. I honest threw this out after trying to use it a few times. It feels like a colored pencil, it's so hard. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get any color even on your upper lash line because no color will come off of the pencil. It just ended up tugging my eyelids a LOT, and there was hardly ANY color payoff. I feel like this is about the quality of an eyeliner pencil you could get at the Dollar Store. I haven't tried the black, and those usually tend to be a bit creamier, but the one I tried was TERRIBLE. Not impressed
I purchased this in navy blue on the recommendation of a beauty magazine, but after a few times, I stopped using it completely. The good thing about it is it doesn't transfer or smear, but the color is too sheer, and the pencil is too hard for my taste. Smooth.
I like this product because it glides on smooth. But, as an avid swimmer I need something more sturdy. Even when I'm not in the pool this liner runs on me. This is a huge drawback because it glides on so well and has such a nice consistency. Great color!
The color matched my eyes perfectly and really shows up well. I bought this because it was on sale for $3-4 (great price!). It was really soft and pigmented for the price. I haven't had any problems with smudging so far. Decent product
