I actually feel like I'm being too generous giving it 6 stars, but it's not an awful product so I'll keep it where it's at. There was nothing special about this product. It didn't neutralize my shine at all. With or without makeup, after about an hour my forehead was gross and greasy. This product didn't do anything for my skin in terms of hydrating either. I'm just grateful I only spent $7.99 on this product at Marshalls. Le sigh, I have yet to find a product that will actually neutralize my shine.
