Amazing Color Stays Put!
Normally I shy away from cream eye shadows, but I tried Tarte's "Lock and Roll" simply because of my love for the brand. I bought two shades--"Sandstone," a great lightening hue for an all-over day look or a base for more color; and "Gunmental," a grey/taupe with a pink/amethyst undertone. These colors are amazing; use the roller ball side to swipe on shadow wherever you like. Employ the delicate brush as a liner. Love the brush side
The liquid eyeshadow side that you brush on is fantastic. The colors are very wearable, very shimmery and highly pigmented, so you get full coverage with one sweep that dries very fast. The brush is easy to control, despite the packaging that may put you off initially, but the actual performance is a ten. Last for Hours
I love the Tarte Lock & Roll Shadows. They really stay on for hours. I fell asleep before I had the chance to remove my makeup one night and this shadow was still on and looked good in the morning. I would suggest working quickly when applying and blending these because they truly "lock on the eyelids" and become a little hard to blend if you are not quick.
