Reese Witherspoon to Marry this Weekend

While her ex, Ryan Phillippe, awaits the results of a paternity test (his ex-gal pal claims he's her baby daddy), Reese Witherspoon is gearing up to walk down the aisle this weekend.

Witherspoon, fresh off rocking one of the best-ever Oscar looks), who's been engaged to talent agent Peter Toth since December (he gave her a ginormous 4-carat Ashoka diamond engagement ring), is said to be hosting Saturday's shinding at her 7-acre Ojai, Calif. estate, The Libbey Ranch.

Radaronline.com reports that the wedding is expected to be intimate -- no more than 100 guests are rumored to be on the guest list. And, while there's no word on whether her daughters with Phillippe, Ava (11) and Deacon (7) will participate, they'd surely make sweet flower girls. Neither is there any word, as yet, on "who" she'll be wearing or what her hairstyle or makeup look will be.

There may be some time for a honeymoon for the pair (this is Toth's first marriage) as Witherspoon has a few weeks before starting the press tour for her upcoming "Water for Elephants" movie, which is slated to open on April 22.
