Brooke MarronePersonal trainer Brooke Marrone was born and raised in Worcester, Mass. After a successful athletic career at Notre Dame Academy as a three sport varsity athlete, Marrone went on to play Division 1 NCAA field hockey at the University of Rhode Island. After two years, she transferred from URI and continued her passion for fitness as a group instructor at Arizona State University. Upon graduation, she moved to Boston and joined the team at Synergistics Personal Training Studio on Newbury Street. During Marrone's three years at Synergistics, she trained under one of Boston top trainers with over 20 years of experience and gained invaluable knowledge related to training clients of all levels. This experience formed the basis for the safe and effective training philosophy that she follows today.
Marrone's certifications include Personal Training, Pilates and Group Fitness. Currently, Marrone trains in both New York City and in Bronxville, N.Y.
