  • I don’t know about you, but my skin is in crisis mode. Between the dry airplane air from my holiday traveling to the equally dry air produced by the heater constantly running, my skin is alternating between flaky dry and super-oily (I think it’s trying to compensate). And don’t even get me started on breakouts.

  • Now, these tips will certainly help me restore some balance, but what I really need is a good moisturizer to get rid of the flakes, control the oil and help my skin calm down. • Used sparingly, Castor Oil can work wonders on skin. But it IS oily. With dry and sensitive skin, it helps me. According to Edgar Cayce, it works on both the physical and etheric bodies.

    • Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 16oz approximately $9.00. No chemical additives and no expensive packaging or marketing campaign to pay for. Use a spoon to retrieve a teaspoon, or more, depending on your skin-type and area of placement. Deposit on your palm, rub between two palms to melt and apply. Great for anywhere on your body. Let it soak in and remove oily excess with a paper towel. And no, I haven\'t broken out, but that is just MY experience.
