At the recent premiere of Woody Allen's "Vicky Christina Barcelona" star Penelope Cruz shined. Fellow cast-mate Scarlett Johansson looked gorgeous as usual too but it's hard to take your eyes off of Penelope. Her hair is cut in long layers and has some slight red streaks in them that almost look natural. I think I might steal this look the next time I get my hair done, what do you think?
