75 Percent of People Commit This Beauty Sin -- Are You One of Them?

Alright, alright, I admit it: I'm a skin picker. I can't not do something about a big pimple or flaky skin; I have to get rid of it, even though I know it's terrible for me. Are you a skin picker too?
Apparently we're not alone; a recent poll on TotalBeauty.com found that nearly 75 percent of people pick at their skin. Any dermatologist will tell you why you shouldn't: our fingers and nails are filthy so by picking we're driving a bunch of bacteria into our skin, causing infection and inevitably making the original problem much worse. Throw in possible scarring as well and you've got a strong case against picking.
But even knowing all that I still can't stop (sigh). At least this how-to video showed me how to pick with minimal damage. Check it out if you're like me and can't beat the addiction. Another way to fight the urge: apply one of these awesome zit-zappers immediately and often. Because you can't pick something that isn't there, right?
