First Place: Mimoza Haska Haska named her dress "Beautiful Swan." With the headpiece, it feels more Lady Gaga-meets-cancan dancer, but Haska's pose does give it a swan-like quality.

She used 16 Rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft, glitter glue, glow in the dark glitter glue, Elmer's glue, paper tape, and a needle and thread.
