Say what you will, but all our visible work, regardless of whether one's a carpenter, a dentist, or an executive, is done by our hands. They are the medium of the mind, I might say (and type it as I do, thus validating my own point; #sosatisfying). The life lived shows on a person's hands — and looking away is not possible. We will always look at them, notice their changes, enjoy our delicious mani multiple times a day, every day, and — use them. How else would we be slathering ourselves in intoxicating body oils, after spa-like showers? My god, how else would we fix up our brows? All that beauty and help they provide us with have to be protected and nurtured. Sunlight is THE number 1 cause of just about all of our skin's visible aging, and SPF hand creams, though still not available to us in as many delightful options as their non-spf counterparts, do both for us.
