Why we're obsessed: "My stylist used these on me when I went in for a shampoo and blowout and I was immediately hooked," says Social Interactive Marketing Manager Mary Dolan. "They have a natural and fresh feeling, but work much better than the organic products I've tried. I also really love the way the lavender and mint make my scalp tingle. I am heavily colored and bleached yet my hair is silky and healthy (washed and blow dried daily, mid-back length). My HGs are Biolage Hydrating Shampoo, Biolage Conditioning Balm, BioSilk Silk Therapy, Pureology Root Lift, then finish with Matrix Vavoom Freezing Spray (which is only stiff if applied heavily). Find what works for YOU!!!

The Pro Naturals hair care system is totally worth every penny. I spent $60 on their shampoo and conditioner and another $50 on the argan oil but DARN my hair is looking GORGEOUS!!!!

I agree with your statement that said when you're having a good hair day, everything is okay. That is soooo true! And, because of that, who cares about the cost of a hair product if it works? I buy a little 3 oz bottle of a product that costs over $20 and I just don't care because it stops frizz no matter what the weather. Thanks so much for giving us a list of things to try!

I bought kerastase about five years ago to keep my hair from getting coarse and unmanageable in humid weather. Didn't work. I've yet to find an anti-frizz product that does.

Having used quite a few of the products listed here, and been highly disappointed with the results vs the price, I have to say I don't agree. The only exception being the Morrocanoil. I think maybe too many people have believed the hype on the rest, sad to say.

I love this! It helped me tons... I was searching for a good dry shampoo so this helped with the Keratin complex volumizing dry shampoo lift powder! I'll definitely invest in it! You should definitely have listed the SKINDINAVIA finishing make up spray, I think it's about 20 $ and it's the absolute king in that department... I use it every day!

i've use paul mitchell and that's ok, Pureology was i've have plenty of samples of.. but it never made me go wow i gotta buy the full bottle. For the oils. probably would go for a higher price ones b/c the cheaper ones may contain a lot of fillers. read the lables. try to get the pure oils.

Where to start WOW really these are your picks???? Pureology check the formaldehyde content in these products and if that's not enough try to get a comb thru your hair after using. Moroccan Oil this is totally topical, yes works well if used everyday, but really does not improve the integrity of the hair; Redken Hair Spray I have nothing to say except wouldn't even use it on my dog.

WHen it comes to hair, I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. My method of selecting a product is looking at the ingredients, if alcohol is an ingredient , it is defeating the purpose.

Any ingredient that makes you "tingle" is NOT good for the scalp. According to the expert, Paula Begoun, "That familiar tingling sensation is actually just your skin responding to irritation, resulting in inflammation. Products that produce that sensation can actually damage your skin's healing process, make scarring worse, cause collagen and elastin to break down, and increase the growth of bacteria that cause pimples. Ingredients such as menthol, peppermint, camphor, and mint are counter-irritants." People should stay away from cosmetics containing these irritating ingredients.
