Surprised to see Stila kajal here, I find it really nice, great for smudging. Gorgeous intense color too- can't find that depth in any other liner!

The Rimmel Special Eyes and the Physician's Formula felt tip liner. Oh my god they both suck so much that I wonder if anyone tested them before they put them out on the shelf.

I read in Allure to see if the liner was made in Germany because that is where the best ones are made. Both Giorgio Armani and Covergirl produce theirs there.

I can't believe SmashBox was not in this lineup-It's JetSet waterproof eyeliner in a tiny pot is outrageous ad what about Nars eye pencils-fabulous application and wonderful colors. Oh Well!!!

Best ever and inexpensive liners are Almay waterproof and Avon Glimmersticks Waterproof. I found the best are water proof as opposed to long lasting, they don't run, smudge or just disapper. You near to wash them off!

I've tried Stila and Revlon's liners, and they do suck. I actually thought LORAC's and CARGO's were decent though.

Awesome list! I haven't personally tried any of these, but if they ever discontinue or I get tired of the Covergirl Perfect Point eyeliner, then I'll definitely refer to list for what not to waste my money on.
