What you thought: "It covers so-so. It doesn't really cover my under-eye shadows all that well, and that's after applying it twice. I'm not sure how long it really lasts, since I always end up having to put foundation over it anyway. The bottle sucks. The blue twisty lid cracked down the side and it doesn't really twist back on all the way. Concealer is the one makeup product I never leave the house without, so I was relieved my favorite was not listed here!

I can gladly ignore most of the concealers listed. There is hope for the Physician's Formula version, however; it works--once you truly learn how to work WITH it!

for me I have to distinguish concealers between those that are more suited for under the eyes versus those that lend themselves to camouflaging spots or discoloration on the face. Even though I have super oily skin, I always add a good eye cream prior to applying concealer and allow it to absorb while I apply my makeup. If I have a day where I find I need extra coverage under my eyes, I first dab eye primer under my eyes (Laura Mercier) then add a pink toned concealer (not brightener) Benefit Erase Paste, then add a little concealer that is more viscous in a shade lighter than my skin tone; Lumi or Maybelline Age Rewind. This gives me excellent coverage and doesn't look dried or settle in my fine lines. I also am careful to never get face primer under my eyes otherwise my concealer balls up or looks too thick. Hope some of these tricks help some of you.

One concealer missing from this worst list is Tarte's maracuja creaseless waterproof concealer. It was the worst concealer I've used in over 10 years hands down. I won't skip concealer on a so-called no makeup day. This product collected in my under eye fine lines, causing a crepe skin look, the coverage was minimal. It did apply easily, but didn't enhance or cover or conceal anything.

Not sure why CG Fresh Complexion Under-Eye concealer is on the list. It works great for me and you can use it on other parts of the face. It is a more sheerer coverage, so it wouldn't be good if you needed heavier coverage.

I could not agree with this list more. I have been searching for a concealer that conceals and none of these worked. I have found that I do really like the Tarte Maracuja Concealer and Laura Geller's Real Deal Concealer.

Some of the best concealers I've tried would have to be Rimmel London's Match Perfection, Mac Studio Sculpt, and Hard CAndy Glamoflauge which is absolutely amazing!

I found this concealer made the skin look older. It settled into the lines and made the skin under my eyes look very dry. I used as little as possible and used a better brush. I liked the other mineral makeup from L'Oreal, but this one missed the mark.

My absolute favorite is Alison Raffaele concealer I would buy at Sephora. But they discontinued it because no one bought it. Everyone wanted the designer brands even though they were all heavy and thick. Alison Raffaele is wonderful and light while covering beautifully,and it lasted a really long time,both on my face and in the container. It would last me for months. Now,I use Origins Quick,Hide! concealer,which is fine,my second favorite.

I haven't had good luck with any cream concealers! I'm really happy with the mineral powder concealers I got from L.A. Minerals though :)
