Shakira We love the curls, but why add chunky, bright blonde streaks? Shakira's natural brown hue with subtle highlights is much better. It warms up her skin tone and still gives her a sexy rocker look.

Rachel McAdams is beautiful blonde or brunette, but I definitely think the pink streaks do not do her any justice. Glad to see she ditched the short layers and pink for the longer, sleeker style. It's much more attractive.
My daughter has had anything form pink and purple to yellow and orange highlights. After she had her first baby she finally gave it up. Being a retired hairstylist this is something I told my clients, If you want highlights, try going one to 2 shades lighter than your natural color. If you want something lighter, then use the same theory but add some golden light browns for darker hair and golden blonde's for lighter along. Make sure to tell your stylist to keep it subtle so you don't get the orange look and the striped look.
The only one I that I liked both of the pictures was Debbie Matenopolous. That picture of Lindsey Lohan (the leave it pic) reminded me of my girl "Carrie" on Sex and The City. She had that look quite a bit on that show and I never understood why. Then it dawned on me that she (Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie) can't afford the upkeep needed with dyed blonde hair because she spends all her money on shoes...lol I don't understand the pink streaks either...on anyone...I guess for a one night thing or Halloween it's cool but like they said, on an every day basis...NO! I love Avril Lavegne though and thought that even though it was ridiculous, she was able to pull it off.
