Why: Even though this powder is "a different approach to an age-old problem," readers say it only caused more issues. Because it's a powder, the product "doesn't stay on the pimple, and the color is so light that it makes my pimple more obvious," says one reader, while another says "it's four shades lighter than my skin tone so it doesn't blend." Many are left with "super dry skin and a powdery mess all over." Reviewers also don't like the "rotten egg smell" of the product (due to the sulfur in it). Overall, "it didn't reduce the redness or the blemish itself. I would NOT recommend this product. Ever."

People with acne and acne prone skin are so unique, and because of that different products are going to produce different results. As consumers, we need to do research on ingredients and through trial and error, discover which acne ingredients work for us as individuals. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice having suggestions, but just because it didn’t work for someone else doesn’t mean it wont work for you.
