What about Merle Norman? There water proof mascara is the only one on your site to have a perfect 10! Actually it's the only one on many sites to have a perfect score with multiple reviews. I've tried some of these mascara's and none of them held a candle to merle's. Viewers should know the best even if it isn't a well known brand.
