my big toes bleed often when i get pedicures. there are so many lousy technicians out there. now, i have found a good technician who is gentle on my cuticles and i stick to her. i also remember a hair stylist who gave me a mullet when i specifically asked for just a trim with layers at the front. so frustrating.

I once went in to get my hair colored and the stylist didn't close the bottle of dye. She ruined my shirt and got dye in my eye, which I ended up having to go to the hospital for. My consolation prize? A small jar of deep-conditioner. I still had to pay for the service.
