Michael George, fitness expert and author of "Body Express Makeover: Trim and Sculpt Your Body in Less than Six Weeks," recommends three exercises (two sets, 15 reps, three times per week) for your twins. "These moves work the upper pectoral muscles to keep the boobs lifted, hit the inner chest for cleavage effect and strengthen and tone to help keep the shape and structure of the boob area," George says.
