What is with the strands of hair on each side of the face.....who said that was a fashion statement? It is ugly!!! Slopopy! No one looks good in it and everyone that wears it is always tucking or pushing them back or out of their eyes.....PLEASE, some hairdresser in Hollywood....change this trend!!!!!

I looked at Try a New Look. So we should wear ratty looking pony tails, little boy hair, sloppy looking or over the top updos, and ballarina buns. Yuck!!! I'm sorry I'll keep my current do. 80's hair hair? Get real!!!

What the hell is this? Seriously, to echo other comments, what does this even leave us with (other than absurdly ugly hairstyles)??

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! This are the hair cuts that work for just about every girl in the world....people that are "sick" of this hairstyles are haters that have tryed them all with NO success..... The hairstyles that we should all be sick of is definitely Kate Gosselin's, Amy Winehouse and Lady Gaga.

I hate this article, there is basically nothing else to do with our hair, should we do the Britney and shave it off. I prefer my hair pin straight!

Let's see...my options seem to be an Annie Lennox crew-cut, mo-hawk, a Kate Gosselin-style hot mess or perhaps some serious Rasta dreads...nice! Thanks for the uber-lame advice. Thise article would have been better titled "Great Hairstyles that work for Almost Anyone."

. . . If you're sick these styles . . . fix your hair a different way (assuming that there is anything left for you to choose from). These are classic styles. It really isn't shocking that people run to them. If I shaved my head, left a patch on the side, then dyed it blue, you'd be writing about how ridiculous I look. What's next? You're sick of foundation and eyeliner?

Okay, so you don't like long hair, short hair, bangs, no bangs, straight, or wavey. This article is absurd.

I completely agree that the pouff on top, blonde highlights, obvious hair extensions and pin straight hair are completely overdone. My sister, a stylist, has had them all. The thing is, none of them are flattering to most women. The pouffs just make your head look oddly shaped. Not everyone looks good as a blonde. Pin straight flat-ironed hair makes you look like you hardly have any hair. And who wants to wear extensions just to have everyone think "Her hair is fake." Also, the sideswept bangs would always be in your eyes. Who needs that aggravation. I am an advocate of finding a style that actually looks good on you. And working with your own haircolor, not changing it too drastically. I think every woman that does those two things is going to have the best looking, least damaged hair she can get.
