Keri Hilson: Curled bob
Another great way to fake shorter hair and add some volume is to curl it up into smooth waves like Hilson shows here. Lavoy says, "all you need to get these sassy curls is a one-inch curling iron."He recommends you start by sectioning your hair from temple to temple and clipping that section out of the way. Then curl all of the hanging hair with a curling iron. "Once the hair is all curled, break the curl up with your fingers and arrange them and spray in place," says Lavoy. Finally, release the top of the hair and with your fingers, work the smooth straight hair in to the curls and spray again with hairspray.
