I keep a concealer stick and mascara in my car just for this purpose. Of course I don't apply it while driving.

@nicky22 the title reads sexy makeup you can do in your car, not while driving. If you are in a rush to best traffic, you can bring your makeup, arrive a few minutes before work starts or before you walk into a bar or wherever, spend a few moments doing your makeup, then stroll in.

Putting your make up on in your care is dangerous for the driver and others on the road! How irresponsable to post an article like this! You are encouraging risky behavior that endangers everybody. If you can't manage your time in the morning then may I suggest that you think twice before having children be cause they will grow up to be as stupid as the idiot putting make up on in the car. I often apply my makeup in the car, I always pull over. It has a couple of advantages including natural light and being able to do it without disruption if you drop off child to daycare etc,, takes much less time and hassle I find. At this stage of life works for me. I have a kit of stuff I grab on the way out the door and have improved in terms of what I need with practice!!

I’m always putting my makeup on while driving… the secret is to know the contours of your face so you don’t need a mirror to apply the basics like under eye concealer, blush & lipstick. If I’m running late in the morning, I always apply mascara and liner at home – because for those you should not be in a moving vehicle! Then, I apply the rest on my commute. They should not have included mascara application on this list – don’t know how anyone could do that while driving!!

You can do just about anything in your car AS LONG IS IT IS PARKED! you shouldn't text or put on make up even at a stop sign b/c you're not paying attention to the lights and pedestrian who maybe running across the street last minute.

I'm appalled and disgusted that you would post an article suggesting how to apply makeup while driving. Simply adding the "of course, we don't recommend doing so" means nothing in the context of the article. Shame on you, total beauty - I mean, total stupidity. I was so shocked by the title and suggestion of this article that anyone should apply makeup while driving. I understand that it was tongue in cheek but to the families who have lost loved ones to distracted driving nothing about it is humorous. This was such an irresponsible post, to even suggest that distracted driving is acceptable.

I'm glad most of the women who commented are smarter than total beauty on this subject. Really makes me mad that you would condone putting make-up on while driving. My light had turned green, and a woman putting on lip gloss sailed through the red light in front of my car. Fortunately I hadn't started moving yet.

Hate the title. It gives woman a bad image. A woman in my area caused a fatallty polishing her nails while driving. Also, do your research. Clinique's City Stick was one of my favorite time savers, but it was very sadly was discontinued.
