Uslan decides to give Anna a smoky dramatic eye to help enhance the new focal point of her face -- her bangs. To give Anna a flawless canvas for her dramatic look, she starts applying a medium-coverage foundation (try Kevyn Aucoin Beauty Liquid Airbrush Foundation, $45). Then she brushes Anna's eyelids with a cognac color eye shadow like Chanel Ombre Essentielle Soft Touch Eyeshadow 60, $28.50 and lines them with Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Lionfish, $20, a deep bronze color, smudging the liner into the lash line and fanning it out into the creases to create a smoky effect. Once the shadow application is done, Uslan applies concealer to Anna's under eyes and coats her lashes in multiple coats of black mascara.
