sorry but these are not good tips at all. "apply eye shadow, then mascara ect ect ect" uhhh thanks i already do that, and unless your a victoria's secret super model or something, 98% of women can't look good with just bronzer or with just lipstick. it should NOT take a woman 5 min to do their makeup. just take the time to do your makeup, seriously you will look a WHOLE lot better, i guarantee it

On page 17 it suggests pinching your cheeks. I wouldn't suggest this, as I have seen people get hurt from pinching their cheeks just a little too hard. It only takes an extra minute to apply blush, and that's worth it, if you ask me.

wow. how many people didn't know that putting on your eye makeup first is key so you don;t mess up the rest of your makeup (i.e. the concealer and powder you put under your eyes). these are useful tricks but i'm not sure about the lipstick on your cheeks idea, I'm almost positive that it takes less time to swipe blush on then have to blend it in with your fingers.

Good article. I just started using mascara first (with a primer) and by the time I'm done with my face, I brush on a quick color. Mascara can really make you look "finished" even if you put on little other makeup.

If u star young or at any age and use any moisturzer or cold cream around ur eyes, every AM & PM, EVERYDAY & NITE, u will be doing ur skin a huge favor. Ponds, mineral or olive oil, just use it EVERY day an when u hit ur 50's u WILL have visibly reduced the fine lines..If u have deeper lines in the eye area, metallics and shine shadows bring them out. Use matte and don't be a fool--go for make-overs at least one every 10 years. Not only do you get the hip new styles, but ur face and facial pigment tones change every 5-7 yrs. One of the most impt. things a gal can do for herself is go and get make-overs. Hey one in every ten yrs ain't a bad deal.

If you use product on your hair, it does leave a residue and without washing, at least for me, I can't get the hair to work with the round brush because of the stickiness. So, if I can't wash my hair, Ihave a spritz bottle filled with water. The water reactivates the product and I can get my hair around the brush to curl w/blowdrying. Even with just washed hair, if u use product,even regular hairspray, blow dry it. For me that fixes and holds it and a freeze spray. The best, I think is Ausse freeze spray.

I like to wear eyeliner I have large eyes..Using mascara first makes it difficult to put the eyeliner on. The eyeliner is a flash. I use a powder and if I want, I can add a bit of water on an eyeliner brush and make the powder wet and go over the dry already on & close to the lashes. With that look, I don't even need mascara, but I at least put a flick on, because powder & curling sometimes I don't have time for. I'm one of those that need my liner before I need the mascara.
