Either I should be eating twinkies, or should find some nice recycled cardboard to munch on instead. Wish that the food industry would be more transparent with nutrition/ingredients.

Good article. I knew most of these, but it is still interesting. The more processed it is, the more "junk" like sugar they have to add to make it taste good. I try to stick to fruits and veggies when possible.

It makes me sad that yogurt is so full of sugar. Yogurt for kids has even more sugar! I'm lactose intolerant, so I have to have coconut or soy or almond or lactose-free yogurt, and it's hard to find those varieties in plain and unsweetened.
