I ordered and received my CocaVia-it is absolutely so delicious-who would ever think something so delicious could be so beneficial-but we all know the benefits of chocolate-especially dark. So glad I read about it from Total Beauty.

After I read the article yesterday-I order the CocaVio fromAmazon-I truly believe it will be totally beneficial-I do remember as a child my father buying a block of chocolate and breaking it up for me to eat. I loved it but he obviously knew it was healthy even then.

Fabulous Best Food Video-Loved it and found new foods that I have not had in my healthy diet-actually I don't each mush fish but recently I added Lox on a multigrain english muffin with cream cheese so I can get the fish benefit-it is truly delicious - the article had a wonderful roundup of good foods.

I need to change my diet! I will not eat fish, so I have a high quality supplement that has as much DHA as EPA.
