The 5-4-3-2-1 Workout by fitfabcities.com Unlike the Skinny Bitch Workout, which uses annoying language like "do pushups until failure," I find this routine to be a bit more encouraging. That's because you get to "take breaks whenever you need them." There's only one little problem: What the hell is a mountain climber?
I imagined it to be someone standing upright and moving her arms and legs as if she's climbing a wall, à la Spiderman. Oh, how wrong I was. My co-worker (who ran track at Georgetown, I might add) demonstrates mountain climbers for me in the middle of the office and my ultra-healthy, yoga snob editor stares at me like I'm the dumbest person alive. I have no idea how to do tricep dips either, but I'm going to hit YouTube for that answer.
Some of these workouts sound like they would be fun to incorporate into my workouts. Although I am agree with editor a lot of these demands that theses workouts demand seem a little unrealistic for the average women especially for ones with a life outside of the gym. She did a great job of being honest and having a great sense of humor!
I'm a skinny-fat person too. It's always nice to see a non-fitnessaholic person's take on workouts. It certainly makes me more inspired to give them a shot.
Yea I don't think I can do any of this without panting my buns off. Like the editor I do not exorcise at all and cannot seem to give up bacon. 99 workout? I don't know...
As my news years resolution is to drop some pounds, I will definitely be trying out some of these work out routines.. the skinny b***t and the 99 workouts seem as if they show results quickly.
Funny enough, I literally spent half an hour just yesterday looking over exercises on pinterest! I did see some of these, but I was definitely daunted by the 99 workout.
