Former Miss USA pageant winners Shanna Moakler, Alyssa Campanella, Shandi Finnessey, and Susie Castillo posed nude for a PETA anti-fur ad released on Thursday, and we have a few thoughts on the subject. None of them are animal-rights related.

The first thought: airbrush much? For a campaign that's centered on the tagline "Feel beautiful in your own skin, and let animals keep theirs," it's kinda ironic that untold man-hours probably went into the re-touching and Photoshopping of these gorgeous girls. How many so-called "flaws" were sacrificed in the making of this picture?

If Miss USA is supposed to be "confidently beautiful," how does posing naked or relying on airbrushed perfection fit that idea?

And speaking of airbrushing, did you hear that a major department store announced that they will no longer airbrush ads?
