Creating An All-Natural Skin Care Routine

Creating An All-Natural Skin Care Routine

Another important thing to change is your diet and habits. By consuming excess alcohol and smoking, you are putting yourself at risk for more health problems, in addition to the fact that all of the above accelerate the aging process, which includes the appearance of your skin. One of the most important parts of an all-natural skin care routine is your diet. Try to avoid consumption of overly processed foods and try to stick to fresh fruits, vegetables and foods that contain Omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon, walnuts and eggs. Be sure to drink plenty of water in order to hydrate your skin as well.

Switching over to an all natural skin care regimen is not as difficult as it may sound, and in addition to improving your overall health it will also enhance the appearance of your skin, reversing the aging process and correcting any previous damage.

I drink a lot of water and green tea every day and try to eat healthy food but it's not always easy. I noticed improvement in my skin- apart from my acne. Only prescribed medicine can cure acne, at least in my case :/
