Creating An All-Natural Skin Care Routine

Creating An All-Natural Skin Care Routine

You may discover that after years of following the same skin-care regimen, your skin no longer looks as fresh and clear as it used to. Chances are that you need to readjust your routine and consider looking into all natural skin care in order to rejuvenate your skin. There are numerous benefits to adapting to a more natural care regimen, which include decreased health risks and slowing down the effects of aging.

One of the first tips for switching over to an all-natural skin care routine is to invest in a good natural cleanser. You want something that is gentle that does not contain harmful ingredients like parabens, petroleum products and sodium laureth sulfate. All of these ingredients can be found in most popular cleansers at the drug store, and these can end up inflicting more harm on your skin than good. One of the best things about natural cleansers is that they effectively clean your skin without risking your health.

Mad Hippie Cream Cleanser is a great product to use as part of your all-natural skin care routine, and includes all-natural ingredients including macadamia oil, green tea and jojoba, which help your skin replace lost moisture while fighting free radicals that cause damage to your skin.

You may also want to consider cleansing out your makeup cabinet and switching to more organic mineral makeup in order to effectively switch over to an all-natural skin care regimen. Look for products that contains ingredients such as rape seed extract, green tea and Vitamin C, as all of these ingredients help fight free-radical damage caused by sun exposure, enhance collagen production and they help heal skin.

I drink a lot of water and green tea every day and try to eat healthy food but it's not always easy. I noticed improvement in my skin- apart from my acne. Only prescribed medicine can cure acne, at least in my case :/
