Right now we are in the midst of some major decisions for the 2013 Total Beauty Awards. Editors are holding heated debates about which new mascara is truly the best and what eye cream should take home the top prize. All of us have at least one category (or five or seven) they feel truly passionate about. For me, it's Best New Nail Polish, and I'm pushing Jin Soon all the way.
If you're wondering why, then obviously you haven't tried the New York City nail guru's collection. The lacquers are toxic chemical-free, go on silky smooth, and --here's the big thing -- they actually last for a full 7 days without chipping.
Oh, and did I mention the colors are really gorgeous? Especially the new spring Botanical Flowers collection, which launches this March. "I wanted to do brights that are sophisticated. Some colors like neons can be too young. These colors have lots of pigment but they're not heavy or chalky," Jin Soon Choi shared.
Personally, I'm loving the Blue Iris (an electric cobalt) and the Poppy Blue (a bright mint blue).
