I'm going to share some beauty tips with you by showing you a simple way to wax the upper lip. First you clean the area to remove makeup or oil on the skin. Using a clean spatula, get a small amount of wax and test the temperature on your hands first before applying it to the upper lips.

Hold the skin taught and apply the wax downwards. Place the strip over the wax and press gently two to three times. Still holding the skin taught, gently remove the strip upward against the direction of the hair growth. Reapply if needed, making sure you get all the wax off the skin.

And now you're ready to do the other side. Apply slight pressure and move down the lip.

Remove all the excess wax with the baby oil. Apply aloe vera to soothe the skin. Remove aloe vera with a tissue. And now the upper lip wax is complete.

Ever since I got burnmarks after waxing my cheek (tho they disappeard after a week) I will never try it again. Don't do it if you have dry and sensitive skin!

Although the model didn't really have much hair, or it's hard to tell, I do like the fact that it was a real DIY and not have someone else do it for her and expect ourselves to do it with no help.
