Before you start applying any of your make up, smooth a silicone-based wrinkle cream on the areas of your face where you see fine lines. This will fill in the valleys of your skin so that you can create a smoother surface for your make up to sit on. Now it's time to conceal. Use a synthetic concealer brush. Synthetic is important because it won't leave brush marks behind like a natural brush might. Sweep over the areas where you have fine liens with a creamy concealer that matches your skin tone.

The key here is to put your first touch of the brush outside of the area where your lines are and then blend in towards them. This ensures that the concealer is thinner around the line crevices where it tends to settle. Make sure you conceal your eyes, around your lips and in the laugh lines around your nose.

Give your concealer five minutes or so to settle after you apply it. You can do the rest of the your make up or start on your hair during this time. Then look in the mirror. If you notice that some of the concealer has collected in the creases, dampen a wet make up sponge with a bit of water and use a stippling motion to blend the lines of color until it melts seamlessly into the skin. You're going to want to set the concealer with a translucent face powder and then you're good to go.
