Lip Makeup: How To Create a Plumper Pout
With just three tools you already own, you could have fuller-looking lips after watching this
Transcript
Use a flesh-toned pencil to line just outside your natural lip line, which adds volume to thin lips. Don't create an entirely new shape -- that looks really artificial. Instead, line just slightly outside of your lips. Fill in both your lips with the same nude pencil. This helps your lip makeup stay put all day. Apply two coats of your favorite moisturizing lipstick. Now dot the center of your lower lip with clear lipgloss, and press your lips together to blot the lip makeup. Glossed lips look plumper than those with just lipstick applied.

I have never been good with lipliner, guess I have to keep practicing. Maybe it's because I have never tried a nude liner.

takes a little extra time but definitely helps to make your lips look fuller.

It does make her lips look more full, but the picture seems a little larger, and the fact that her mouth is slightly open also adds to the illusion.

It really works. The only thing I don't do is the gloss. For me, I don't like the feel of gloss on my lips. But using the liner to color your lips before you apply the lipstick, really makes your color stay on and gives the appearance of fuller lips.

This trick really does work. I've seen many Youtube gurus use this.

Ok, I thought I would write a follow-up to my original comment that I left on there after watching this video. I actually tried this lip liner trick a few days ago and it really did work!! My lips looked nice and full and had just enough pout to them. I was literally shocked with the difference. And I also tried the extra tip that I thought of when I wrote my first comment (using a lip plumping gloss over the lip liner) and it really made all the difference!! My lips were full and glossy! Thanks TB for helping me get these gorgeous full lips without having to surgically enhance them!! (which, for the record, I wouldn't do anyway since I have a fear of needles...lol)
