This doesn't cut it for me. It's a MK sales pitch. I don't think it's wise to put eye liner on the inner rim of your lower eye lid. Sounds like a serious bacteria concern to me. Esp for people who wear contact lenses. This video was pretty disappointing in terms of content but I do appreciate the short length. Also it did not cover eye shadow and eye shadow primer.

I agree with all of the tips except lining the inner rim of lids--bacteria city, indeed! They could have suggested the use of an eyelash curler to heighten the effect that mascara has.
