This is a really good tip. It also temporarily increases circulation in your lips and gives them a slightly "plumped" appearance.

I do the same thing, it works great, but I just use any kind of greasy cream (olive oil is very good too).

Oh my goodness! I just tried this after watching this video and my lips feel great. I'm not sure if my toothbrush is soft bristle or not, but my lips sure feel goo now. And I did notice that they looked a little more plumped after I did it, like tac1970 said. I added some Fresh Effects Chapstick for a nice tingly feeling after I was done ^^.
