Wish it were longer-lasting
A little goes a long way with this thick mousse-like foundation. I found it tough to really blend into the skin, but once it was on, it did give me a nice matte medium-to-full coverage. Better than expected!
I was going to wait for a sale on this, but I was eager to try it because of their claims. I like the tube container instead of a pump. I'd give it 10 stars if it had 2 things: The minimum SPF of 15, and if it was a tad thinner....It goes on thick, so a little goes a long way. It sets quickly so blend it ASAP. I use Natural Beige, and it blends right into my skin looking like I don't have make up...read more on. It feels a bit drying or dry. I'm 54 with dry skin, so I exfoliate and moisturize well first. Let it set but not too long, as I need the moisture to blend this foundation. Otherwise, I like the medium coverage to hide my dozens of brown spots, it doesn't seem to settle into my lines too much, and it seems to hold up all day including during a sweaty gym workout. I was afraid it would emphasize my dry areas, but it won't if I moisturize well. But I can't use a "primer" under it! THAT makes my face look like I'm wearing a mask. I found it easy to remove, unlike BP, by using Neutrogena's make up remover cloths. That removes 99% of it easily, then I use my cleanser. Anyway, being that there IS something left at the end of the day, it is holding up rather than fading. This seems like it would be good for humid days, or hot days when you don't want that "melting makeup" feeling! P.S.
