My new favorite!!!
I cannot rave about this enough. This is the longest lasting nail polish I have ever used and I didn't think anything would beat the lasting power of my beloved OPI polishes. I was wrong. The only complaint I have is that I wish they had more unique colors because a lot of the colors I already own from other brands and I would love to try more colors from this line but I don't want to have to end up getting two of the same or similar colors I already have. Finally I can have painted finger nails!!!
The biggest step I have found to the success of this nail polish is to be sure to wipe my nails with rubbing alcohol before applying - makes an enormous amount of difference in how long it lasts. I stopped bothering with nail polish on my nails long ago because it chipped and looked a mess by day TWO! Strangely though, polish will stay on my toes without chipping, literally until it grows off! I actually did an experiment one time (in the winter so no one could see my nasty polish). I would spend all this time preparing my nails, applying base coats, polish, top coats, etc but nothing kept my nails looking decent. But with this Sally Miracle Gel I get six, seven, sometimes even eight days of wear out of this polish! I finally get to have pretty nails without the time, expense and concerns of gel nail polish that needs a UV light. Miracle Gel is a little more expensive than some traditional nail polishes, but close in price to more expensive brands of non gel polishes that don't last as long. It's ok
Granted I am a bit more rough on my hands that probably most women. My manicures will chip the same day. I polished my nails on Sunday and by Monday afternoon I saw signs of chipped polish. I didn't do much from the time I painted until the time it chipped other than typing on a computer. I don't think it lives up to the 14 day promise at all. Great DIY Alternative to Expensive Gel Mani
This line has really impressed me. Of course it doesn't actually wear as long as a professional gel mani, but it does last a lot longer than my regular polishes. I honestly didn't expect it to do anything more than a regular polish so I was pleasantly surprised at its wear time. The longest I've had it on was 12 days! The problem I've been having is that the miracle gel polishes seem to "go bad" faster than my normal polishes. The consistency of the polish thickens and becomes very goopy and makes application a bit difficult. This could be due to my own error as I'm not a professional nail artist, but it is just an observation I've made. Really is a Miracle!
I have kids and work in the healthcare field, so needless to say, my hands go through a lot on a daily basis. This polish is amazing! It dries fairly fast, (not lightning-fast, but hey) and really does last. I didn't like having to purchase the top coat separately, but when all was said and done, it was worth it. I love being able to get strong, long lasting gel manicures at home. I can't afford to go to the salon, but now my nails can still have the same look and feel without leaving my pajamas! No hassles with a light either! Those lights are super expensive, and certainly don't fit in to my tight budget. I have been totally raving about this on my youtube channel, and have even started thinking about what color I'm going to get next (There are so many to choose from!). Lovely nail polish with fantastic shine
I own 6 bottles of this nail polish and I love the formula. Easy to apply and looks beautiful with the gel top coat. The only problem I have with this nail polish is that it does take a while to dry, and I have never had it last the 2 weeks like it says it possibly can. However, I generally get about 4-6 days out of this nail polish without any chips and that's good enough for me. LOVE IT!!!
I have a severe allergy to gels, so finding Miracle Gel was awesome for me. While I did find it a bit tricky to get used to using due to the wide brush and the fact that it gets tacky so quickly, I now have the hang of it. I have no problem doing nail art, and am thrilled with my manicures. Rhinestones will even stick, and there is no need to use any glue. The worst
I never write reviews. Ever. Love to read them, but don't write them. I have done/or had my nails done for years. My manicurists have given my tips on how to make any manicure with any polish last. I think you are able to use a fluorescent light for drying if you wanted, but I'm not positive on that.
